Device Description:

1. The equipment operator places the inner magnetic steel on the belt line as required, and the inner magnetic inner sleeve and the inner magnetic outer casing are respectively poured into the corresponding bins of the equipment.

2. The equipment separately screens and adjusts the parts to the position to be grabbed by way of belt line and vibrating plate.

3. The device grabs the inner magnetic inner sleeve, the inner magnetic steel and the inner magnetic outer casing into the corresponding tooling by grasping the claws (or other means).

4. The unit automatically presses and detects the height of the three assembled parts.

5. After the assembly is completed, the inner magnetic group automatically enters the blanking channel and is placed in the holder.
