Instructions for equipment:

1. The equipment completes the automatic assembly of four tracks of bending plate.

There are two kinds of plastic injection parts for 2.90 degree bending plate (the main size is the same, the socket and the fixed position of the track are different). The machine can assemble the two 90 degree bending plates only by replacing the relevant components. The replacement process is simple and convenient. The replacement time is no more than 2 hours, and the customer can complete it by himself.

3. The rate of good products in the production process of this machine is over 99%, and only one operator is needed for each machine.

4. The machine adopts Taiwan laideke as its pneumatic component, Japanese Keith or Panasonic as its optical fiber amplifier, Japanese Mitsubishi as its deceptive range controller, Weilon as its human-machine interface and Panasonic as its servo motor.

5. The precision die part of the machine is made of SKD11 steel imported from Japan, which is hardened and ground after heat treatment.
